At the Villa Disney we strive to ensure that we offer our guests an experience which exceeds the expectations of a holiday home in Orlando.

The villa is larger than average with all rooms affording you the space required to ensure that no one has to compromise. The communal areas are equipped and furnished to a very high standard with equipment to ensure you can entertain yourselves and enjoy your vacation to the maximum extent.

This is not a budget rental, but a home that will be appreciated by guests who truly believe they deserve the best.

It is situated in a quiet location near Disney on H27 one mile from the junction of H192, an officially designated wildlife conservation area.

All furniture and furnishings are top of the range yet robust and sturdy to withstand energetic children. We maintain our villa to a very high standard. Sheets and towels are regularly replaced to ensure they are always of the finest quality.

Bring your laptop or use ours, plus we provide a printer, all with free wireless high speed internet connection.

Combination lock box holds key in the porch so you go straight to your villa. Management company will great you in the morning.



Pool and Deck Area
The pool area is south fwest acing and overlooks a protected conservation area. Having no other pools behind gives a great feeling of open space.
30' x 15' private swimming pool features multi coloured lighting and it backs onto a wooded conservation area. 4 top of the range luxurious, padded sun loungers. 2 dining tables and soft, padded chairs. Pool toys and pool towels provided. Not overlooked from rear so offers privacy and great views.

Hot Tub
State of the art Hot Tub with complimentary water heating. 7 alternating coloured lights to relax you in the warm bubbles with a glass or two of something chilled.

Pool table, foosball, electronic darts, selection of board games, jigsaws and books plus 2 comfy sofas and coffee table if you just want to relax and watch the games. Table and chairs for board games

FAMILY ROOM
30' x 20' with soft leather sofas. Sit down, relax and watch one of our movies like Pirates of the Caribbean or Harry Potter on our fabulous 51inch HDTV home theatre system with DVD player. We have a huge selection of DVDs, CDs and a library of hard back books. Bring your laptop, or use ours, plus we have provided you with a printer/copier/scanner and free wireless high speed internet connection

Marble top table and leather chairs laid up for 6 but can comfortably accomodate 8

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Dishwasher with complimentary detergent, large 4 hob cooker with self clean oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, fridge freezer, ice-maker, electric kettle and 4 slice toaster. Top quality cookware, cutlery and electrical equipment. High chair for baby (2nd high chair can be rented from management company. Seating for up to 8 at large breakfast table.

7ft king bed, HDTV cable TV, DVD player, alarm clock radio, bathroom with 2 vanity sinks, double sized shower and hairdryer. Soft fluffy towels and wash cloths provided. Pillows replaced every year.

SECOND MASTER (FAMILY) SUITE ADJOINING FAMILY BATHROOM & CHILDRENS ROOM
Queen size bed, HDTV cable TV, radio alarm clock and adjoining the family bathroom and childrens room

Our home is looked after by our highly professional management company who are based locally and are available to you for anything you may need. We are also on call 24 hours a day and are here to help you with any questions you may have.
Our management company offer a unique 'Meet and Greet' service which means they will come to the house to welcome you on your first morning after you have settled in. This provides you with a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and helps you get to know the home and all the features it has to offer.

Strictly no smoking is allowed anywhere inside the villa, but ashtrays are provided outside in the pool area
